I chose this hotel for attending a convention and was impressed by the spacious conference center and meeting room. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the reservation manager, Kanhaiya Sharma, was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
That I wished they had a dedicated business center for guests to use.

Hotel staff was very cordial. Vininity to international airport make it a good choice. Taxi available at call.
There was no lift in the hotel and one has to climb stairs on 2nd floor. The food quality was average.

Convenience to Airport as l was only in Transit between flights
The fact that Hotels machine did not accept my credit card for payment. Had to go to sister hotel 200 metres away to pay where there "machine" was working. Waves Hotel originally told me there was a fault with my card which was not the case - the fault in my opinion was that they did not want to accept card, but wanted me to pay cash!! However all sorted in the end.

The Super Deluxe Room at Hotel Waves was like a cozy sanctuary with a fireplace and premium bedding. It felt like a home away from home.
For me, the only downside was the classic furnishings in the air-conditioned rooms.

free internet in lobby
We were shown an terrible room, complained and got a much better one. I would say either room was over priced. Breakfast was really bad.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was very convenient and just a short drive from the Delhi Airport. The staff was extremely well behaved and provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a TV and free wifi. The breakfast spread was impressive, with options like chole bhature and omelette included. this hotel provided great value for money.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Very close to the airport, food service was OK.
Cleanliness: The bed-sheets were literally dirty, they did bring extra sheets to change, which was again "used" sheets, ended up getting them to change it twice. The "deluxe" room had only one window looking at the 2 m2 hole in the middle of the building, where the kitchen upstairs was also facing. The noise level was way higher than acceptable.

The location to the airport was good, so great for any stopovers. When I arrived the staff were friendly. The room was huge and clean and overall the experience was pleasant. Good tv, bathroom was clean, tea and coffee facilities and wi-fi. One tip - do make sure about the airport transfer as mine was not free and i'm quite sure I paid over the odds for the taxi service. However I did feel safe which was my main concern arriving alone in India for the first time.

Very good situation, just 8 minutes from Delhi airport with Taxi. With a prepaid taxi from the airport it costs you 170 ir. The hotel is very clean, staff very nice. CLean room, with ac, bed is clean, bathroom and towels too, they was smelling chlorine, at list it was disinfected!!!! I just stay one night for a transit, and honestly, it was a very good surprise!!!! I even had a dinner at the restaurant upstairs, and food was good, price was cheap. The hotel staff, even drive me back to the airport in the early morning. If u looking for an hotel near Delhi airport, just for transit night, go!!!!!

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the national highway makes it very convenient, especially for those traveling to and from the airport. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that basic amenities are provided in the rooms, including a TV and free Wifi.
The cleanliness of the room needs improvement.

1. The airport pick up did not show up (though he claimed he was there). This led to us taking a taxi at our cost 2. There were no towels in the room 3. We were transiting for the night; having checked in at 7.30 pm and checking out at 5 am; so badly needed a nights' rest. But at 1 am were woken up by two drunks knocking on the doors in the hallway and yelling something 4. We asked for a drop to New Delhi railway station and were charged Rs. 650. The cost of a normal taxi being Rs 200 So bottom line, would not recommend the place to anyone. Stay away is our advise
